About The Position

Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Mid-Level Test & Evaluation Lab Tech to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This role involves planning, conducting, and documenting tests on various products, systems, and materials. The technician will also be responsible for designing, fabricating, building, and analyzing test systems, materials, components, software, and methodologies. Key duties include coordinating test requirements, determining appropriate test methods, preparing systems for testing through integration and setup, troubleshooting lab and test-related issues, analyzing data, and documenting results. The position also requires participation in test readiness reviews, coordinating laboratory activities, and performing maintenance and repairs. Additionally, the role involves coaching and training others and working under general direction.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
3+ years of experience interpreting electrical engineering drawings, schematics, and definition.
Experience inspecting, fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses; or any variety of electrical components, and associated equipment.
