What You Will Do Design, Integration, Verification, & Validation for Specialized Test Equipment (STE). Lead project teams by driving collaborative team settings and partnering effectively with other team leads. Work through challenges quickly, elevate issues to technical SMEs when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with design, integration, verification, and / or validation for Specialized Test Equipment (STE)
Experience leading a project team
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

Manage/Status Integrated Master Schedule activities
Provide Oversight/Leadership to team members in order to drive tasks to closure
Experience with Test HW & SW Integration
Experience with Verification & Validation tasks
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities
Factory knowledge
