About The Position

Jabil is hiring a Test Engineer IV to lead test engineering activities for next-generation compute platforms in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role supports AI/ML, GPGPU, server, networking, and storage systems, and focuses on product quality, system performance, and operational excellence through advanced troubleshooting, automation, and team leadership. This is an on-site position in Florence, Kentucky, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The engineer will develop and maintain test procedures, systems, hardware, and software; lead hardware and software failure analysis; troubleshoot complex compute and networking systems; and use test logs and manufacturing data to identify trends and improvements. The role also supports NPI readiness and production ramp, develops automation with Python and Bash, and analyzes data using Excel and Power BI. The position includes networking and Linux systems support, as well as work with liquid cooling and thermal systems for advanced compute platforms. Relevant technologies include pumps, cold plates, chillers, reservoirs, tubing, coolants, thermocouples, flow meters, pressure sensors, immersion and direct-to-chip cooling, OCP standards, BMS/SCADA systems, and specialized testing and fluid-handling equipment. The engineer will also lead and develop engineers and technicians, manage performance, align test engineering strategy with business goals, and drive continuous improvement, quality, and cost reduction.
