About The Position

The Test Engineer leads test engineering activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment, supporting the development, integration, and continuous improvement of next-generation compute platforms, including AI/ML, GPGPU, server, networking, and storage systems. The role drives product quality, system performance, and operational excellence through troubleshooting, automation, and team leadership. Responsibilities span test procedure and system development, failure analysis, complex system troubleshooting, production and NPI support, networking configuration, Linux and scripting support, and analysis of system and manufacturing data. The position also applies thermal engineering principles to liquid-cooling systems and technologies, working with related components, instrumentation, safety procedures, and specialized equipment. This role leads and develops Test Engineers and technicians, aligns test engineering strategy with site and organizational objectives, and drives continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost. It is based on-site in Florence, Kentucky, with a 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. overnight schedule: Sunday–Tuesday in week one and Sunday–Wednesday in week two. Work takes place in both an office and a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
