About The Position

Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment across all phases of product development and manufacturing. The role prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, completes specifications and procedures for new products, and plans equipment required to test and evaluate standard and special devices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain test process instructions (TPI) for production.
Train production employees on test processes.
Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
Prepare complex test and diagnostic programs.
Code test scripts.
Work with high-end server configurations.
Develop the overall integration and test strategy and schedule test plans and scripts.
Design test fixtures and equipment.
Complete specifications and procedures for new products.
Set parameters and test customer samples, as needed.
Install hardware into racks and label and run cables.
Build systems to drawing packages, including loading applications and operating systems.
Review test equipment and capacity.
Work on complex problems requiring analysis or evaluation of data and identifiable factors, interacting with leadership on matters concerning multiple functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
