About The Position
The Test Center Final Exam Proctor administers exams in a secure, quiet testing environment. The proctor verifies test-taker identities, handles testing materials, communicates and enforces exam protocols, times exams, and monitors test takers. Any violations or issues should be reported and resolved with the Test Center Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Be a graduate student.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of testing materials.
- Greet test takers and verify their identities.
- Distribute and collect testing materials.
- Announce and enforce test protocols.
- Read exam instructions and time the exam.
- Constantly monitor test takers during exam administration.
- Provide a visible security presence in the exam room.
- Maintain a quiet environment conducive to testing.
- Report violations and resolve issues with the Test Center Operations Manager.
