About The Position
ABM is seeking a skilled Test and Balance Technician to support testing, adjusting, and balancing operations at a semiconductor and chemical manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for maintaining proper system and equipment balance during new installations, equipment modifications, and de-installation of process equipment. In this role, you will work independently and alongside other experienced technicians to ensure air systems meet operational requirements, customer expectations, and ABM safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot system performance issues in a highly regulated industrial environment.
Requirements
- Candidates must be current members of Local Union 359 or be willing to join Local Union 359 upon hire.
