About The Position

The Test and Balance Technician completes assigned preventive and reactive maintenance repairs. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. No experience or diploma is required, and on-the-job training is provided. ABM encourages veterans and candidates with military experience to apply.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs involving conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, and other equipment, systems, or structures.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed for all equipment and facilities.
• Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary.
• Assist with client, site, or customer emergencies as needed.
