The Territory Service Manager is responsible for identifying revenue-generating and revenue-preserving capital improvement projects, creating annual capital budgets, and managing capital expenditures for their region. This role ensures the Business Unit meets all environmental regulatory compliance commitments and leads the repair and maintenance service team, being accountable for total R&M resources and performance. The position also focuses on achieving specific financial objectives related to facilities maintenance, improving the efficiency of Facilities Team processes, and maintaining continuity among local work teams. Partnership with the Business Unit Leadership team is crucial for the success of the Division. The Territory Service Manager will also increase employee effectiveness through recruitment, training, and coaching, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This role leads a team of 5-8 Service and Maintenance technicians to repair, maintain, and improve store facilities' interior and exterior image. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.
