About The Position

The Territory Service Manager is responsible for identifying revenue-generating and revenue-preserving capital improvement projects, creating annual capital budgets, and managing capital expenditures for their region. This role ensures the Business Unit meets all environmental regulatory compliance commitments and leads the repair and maintenance service team, being accountable for total R&M resources and performance. The position also focuses on achieving specific financial objectives related to facilities maintenance, improving the efficiency of Facilities Team processes, and maintaining continuity among local work teams. Partnership with the Business Unit Leadership team is crucial for the success of the Division. The Territory Service Manager will also increase employee effectiveness through recruitment, training, and coaching, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This role leads a team of 5-8 Service and Maintenance technicians to repair, maintain, and improve store facilities' interior and exterior image. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred. Other combinations of job related experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted.
Five to Ten years of experience or more preferred
Experience with MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
C–Store and fuel maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Identifies revenue-generating and revenue-preserving capital improvement projects.
Identifies and quantifies their regions capital needs; creates annual capital budget(s) and manages capital expenditures.
Ensures Business Unit is meeting all environmental regulatory compliance commitments (UST systems, remediation, etc.).
Leads repair and maintenance service team; accountable for total R&M resources & performance.
Achieves specific financial objectives relative to facilities maintenance.
Improves efficiency of Facilities Team processes by evaluating system results, recommending new systems, policies and procedures; implements revisions.
Maintains continuity among local work teams by communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
Increases employee’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training; communicates expectations, values, strategies and objectives; coaches, counsels and teaches employees; plans, monitors and appraises job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Lead team of 5-8 Service and Maintenance technicians to repair, maintain, and improve store facilities interior and exterior image.
Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
