Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1+ years of experience estimating and/or B2B selling of commercial and industrial-related products.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the motivation and drive to secure the sale.
  • Have exceptional customer focus, with the ability to work under pressure and meet customer needs proactively.
  • Possess strong computer and technology skills, using these tools to your advantage in serving clients.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commercial and industrial customers to understand their unique needs and requirements.
  • Visit both existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory, creating lasting relationships.
  • Provide support to your customers through a combination of in-person visits, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Conduct on-site surveys at job sites, gather vital information, and take precise measurements.
  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals, tailoring them to meet your customer's specific needs.
  • Present innovative solutions that will delight your customers and address their concerns.
  • Secure business, and professionally write up orders for processing.
