About The Position

Omada is a fast-growing AI company that has launched in Latin America, starting with Mexico City. We are bringing an AI-powered marketing platform to Mexico's small businesses, selling it on the ground through relationships. This is an opportunity to be on the front lines of the AI revolution, out in the community making a difference. The role is for an independent contractor, not a salaried employee, where you set your own hours and work in the field, with phone and computer time. You will connect with local businesses, show them how Omada's AI platform can run their marketing, offer free trials, and close sales. Top performers can earn significant income and have opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Requirements

• Must reside in Mexico (Mexico City area)
• Must be 18 or older
• Fluent Spanish
• Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable walking into a room
• Genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for small businesses
• A strong communicator who connects with people quickly
• No prior sales experience required — we'll teach you everything

Nice To Haves

• English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify 10–50 businesses in your area with Omada's Route Planner
• Start conversations in person, by phone, or over WhatsApp
• Show Omada live on your phone or tablet
• Offer a free trial
• Follow up and close sales
• Connect with local businesses and show owners how our AI platform can run their marketing

• 100% commission — $200 USD (~$3,500 MXN) per closed sale, uncapped
• $300 USD (~$5,200 MXN) training bonus in your first week if you sign up 3 qualified trials
