The Territory Sales Manager owns and grows a defined geographic territory within the Hardware Channel, serving as its primary sales leader. The role is directly accountable for revenue growth, market share expansion, customer development, and new business acquisition. The manager develops and executes territory growth strategies by partnering with existing Ace retailers, recruiting new dealers, expanding business within multi-store organizations, and building relationships with key channel stakeholders. The position requires delivering sales results, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating business plans, and influencing purchasing decisions. Success calls for a hunter mentality, strong business acumen, strategic account management skills, and the ability to independently manage a territory while driving profitable growth for Chervon and its brands. The position requires 60–70% travel within a designated territory. Chervon North America describes its environment as casual and fun, with a hybrid work environment. Its North American headquarters is a state-of-the-art LEED-certified facility with a café, gym, outdoor terrace, landscaped patio, ergonomic height-adjustable desks, and open collaborative spaces.
