Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of face-to-face B2B/B2C sales experience, ideally at mid-to-senior levels.
  • Proven track record of crushing sales goals and managing a robust pipeline.
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills to win over decision-makers at places like MIT, North Palm Beach Country Club, and Wynn Casino.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and social media for prospecting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a large territory.
  • Valid driver’s license for client site visits (company car provided!).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial contract sales or service industries is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Our Client’s expansion closing high-value deals with top-tier clients and shaping the landscapes of tomorrow.
  • Hit the road in your company car, connecting with world-class properties from corporate giants to prestigious golf courses, delivering solutions that elevate environments and inspire communities.
  • Prospect relentlessly, uncover client pain points, and craft tailored landscaping solutions for iconic clients like MIT, North Palm Beach Country Club, and the National Mall.
  • Forge trust-based connections with key decision-makers, from property managers to C-suite executives at places like Four Seasons, Plantation at Leesburg, and Cisco HQ.
  • Lead negotiations, create compelling proposals, and manage the sales pipeline from lead to victory using Salesforce CRM.
  • Partner with operations, finance, and marketing teams to deliver winning bids for clients like the Bellagio Hotel, Dudley Hill Golf Course, and AT&T Park.
  • Smash sales goals, hit daily activity benchmarks, and accurately forecast your pipeline like a pro.
  • Conduct high-impact sales presentations, virtual demos, and site visits in your company car to highlight Our Client’s unmatched value for clients like LegoLand, Wynn Casino, and Whole Foods HQ.
