The Territory Sales Manager works with the distributor to sell incremental cases and develop new and existing business in all retail Channels to include, but not limited to, Grocery, Convenience and Food service. The position will be expected to participate in local level field sales strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives at 10-12 stores per day while providing account audits, opportunities, results, and execution utilizing the CRM application. This is a field-based role and does not report to a fixed office location. A valid driver’s license is required. The position requires up to 50% travel within Canada and the United States.
