About The Position

ASGCO offers an excellent opportunity for a field-based Service Territory Manager in Eastern Canada with an excellent attitude, strong leadership skills, and a willingness to learn. The role involves installing, maintaining, repairing, and assisting in the sale of ASGCO conveyor equipment and services to distributors, OEMs, and end-user customers. The company provides in-house conveyor training and other technical training programs to foster career advancement. Requirements

Service experience in the conveyor industry is MANDATORY
Over 3 years of basic welding and fabrication experience
Good customer service and communication skills
Reliable, organized, meticulous, and focused
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license
Candidates must pass a background check, drug test, and meet other job requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude, leadership abilities, and a positive safety-focused attitude
Must be a team player and take PRIDE in the quality of your work

Responsibilities

Perform product installation and maintenance of ASGCO manufactured products across Eastern Canada
Develop sales and relationships with distributors and end-user customers
Ensure all service work and projects are completed safely, on time, and with the highest level of manufacturing quality
Be a team player to increase sales and market share of ASGCO products and services by performing product installations, sales calls to distributors and end-users, trade shows, and other functions as needed for ASGCO's manufactured products division throughout the territory (Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northeast territories)
Assist ASGCO Territory Managers and distributor sales representatives with conveyor inspections, training, and sales as needed in their respective territories
Help increase sales and market share of all ASGCO products and services by helping to provide solutions to our customers
Perform conveyor surveys and inspections and provide reports to end-users and distributors
Stay organized and prepare and submit weekly schedules, daily work orders, call reports via our Salesforce CRM system, and expense reports within required deadlines
