About The Position

Become a full-time Territory Sales Manager with 21st Century Equipment LLC today! As our Territory Sales Manager, you will coach, develop, and guide your team through performance management and career planning. You will ensure full account coverage through proper staffing and recruiting, build and strengthen key customer relationships, and drive sales solutions and support consistent sales-process execution. You will partner with the VP of Sales and Regional Manager to set and meet regional sales goals, manage budgeted sales, market share, and financial targets. You will stay current on new and existing ag equipment, appraise used equipment for trade valuations, and stay updated on incentive programs and market activity. You will develop sales forecasts and strategies, monitor competitor activity, and share best practices. You will also support integrated solutions including agronomic support, machine logistics, optimization, and irrigation systems. Your leadership ensures exceptional customer service, strong internal collaboration, and a thriving sales team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of current agricultural issues
  • Proficiency with computerized tools and reports
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Ability to motivate others through coaching and knowledge‑sharing
  • Strong math abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑relationship skills
  • Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in ag equipment
  • Bachelor's degree in business or agriculture
  • Willingness to mentor less‑experienced candidates
