As our Territory Sales Manager, you will coach, develop, and guide your team through performance management and career planning. You will ensure full account coverage through proper staffing and recruiting, build and strengthen key customer relationships, and drive sales solutions and support consistent sales-process execution. You will partner with the VP of Sales and Regional Manager to set and meet regional sales goals, manage budgeted sales, market share, and financial targets.
