As the Territory Sales Executive, you will lead strategic customer relationships across a defined portfolio, driving long-term growth and delivering value for both the customer and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. You will focus on retaining and expanding business within existing accounts while also identifying, cultivating, and securing new customer opportunities within your territory. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Specialists, Health Systems Executives, Service, Finance, Marketing, and Client Services, you will ensure seamless execution and sustained customer success. This role demands strong business insight, financial acumen, and the ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner—shaping account strategy, driving growth, and helping customers achieve their clinical and operational objectives. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager, candidates must reside in territory, covering the Greater Ontario territory. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead and expand a portfolio of health systems across Ontario, building personal and professional relationships with executive stakeholders while contributing to high-visibility regional and national initiatives that shape long-term customer partnerships. Apply insight and market knowledge to create detail-oriented business plans, translating customer financial, operational, and clinical priorities into actionable account strategies that deliver measurable value and strengthen customer trust. Drive complex, multi-year opportunities with strong internal accountability and commitment to continuous improvement, sustaining momentum across long sales cycles while refining execution and performance. Operate as a collaborative leader across cross-functional teams and customer networks, bringing value to all levels of stakeholders. Balancing corporate and client priorities while advancing meaningful improvements to the client experience.
