About The Position

MagnaWave is the leading provider of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy technology, and as awareness and demand grow, the company is expanding its national sales team. This role is for a driven sales professional with a true hunter mentality, ideal for individuals who want to build their own territory business and develop relationships within the wellness and animal health communities. As a MagnaWave Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and growing a defined geographic territory by introducing PEMF technology to wellness professionals, equine practitioners, veterinary clinics, trainers, and recovery specialists. This is a true hunter sales role focused on generating new opportunities, educating prospects, demonstrating technology, and closing equipment sales. You will operate as an independent sales professional (1099 contractor) with the support of MagnaWave’s brand, training programs, and sales leadership team, rewarding autonomy, performance, and unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or related industries preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using technology including CRM systems, video conferencing, and social media
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and industry events
  • Complete MagnaWave Certification & Sales Training (in-person at Louisville HQ)
  • Complete PEMF technology fundamentals and product education
  • Complete Sales process training and objection handling
  • Complete CRM (Odoo) training for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Ongoing continuing education is required while actively representing MagnaWave products

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Educate prospective clients on the benefits and applications of PEMF technology
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Represent MagnaWave at trade shows, expos, and industry events
  • Build local awareness through networking, referrals, and social media engagement
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Odoo CRM
  • Continuously strengthen product expertise and industry knowledge
