As a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) in the Kansas/Nebraska area, you are responsible for selling CVS/specialty pharmacy services to key targeted physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions. This role supports Oncology, IVIG, Pulmonary Hypertension / IPF, and Autoimmune areas, serving as the primary contact for providers within the assigned territory. Specialty Pharmacy is CVS Health's fastest-growing business segment. You will work independently to formulate and execute effective marketing plans, providing patients with chronic illnesses a competitive and supportive pharmacy team. Success is measured by sales goal metrics, client satisfaction, and the success of aligned Inside Sales Representatives. This highly visible role allows seasoned healthcare sales professionals to leverage their influence to drive business growth. Travel, including overnight stays, is required within the territory, and candidates must reside within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales
  • Possess a valid and current driver’s license
  • Possess a personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet the requirements of the job and is appropriately insured
  • Reside within the Kansas/Nebraska territory
  • Willingness to travel overnight as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Hospital and/or experience in a specialty division (if experience is in pharmaceutical sales)
  • Previous experience working in a complex disease state

Responsibilities

  • Sell CVS/specialty pharmacy services to key targeted physicians, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions
  • Support the Oncology, IVIG, Pulmonary Hypertension / IPF, Autoimmune areas
  • Be the primary contact for respective providers within the assigned territory
  • Work independently to formulate and execute effective marketing plans in the designated territory
  • Provide patients who have chronic illnesses with a competitive and supportive pharmacy team
  • Use personal influence with providers to grow the business
