About The Position

Nabi Health provides weight-inclusive nutrition care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress, supported by operational systems designed to provide seamless experiences for patients and providers. The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding access to care by growing Nabi's referral network. This provider-facing, field-based role focuses on generating patient referrals through strong relationships with healthcare providers. The Territory Manager meets practices in person, educates providers about Nabi's services, and supports them through the referral process. The role is based in the Buffalo metro area, with a home base in the territory and regular in-person provider visits.

Requirements

Comfort operating independently in a field-based startup environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
Relationship-driven, consultative approach to outreach and partnership development.
Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through without heavy oversight.

Responsibilities

Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and developing them into long-term referral partners.
Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain how Nabi supports patients.
Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive a steady stream of patient referrals.
Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process.
Collaborate with clinical and operations team members to ensure providers and patients have a smooth experience.
Manage the territory from a home base, make regular in-person provider visits, attend local events, and represent Nabi in the field.
