About The Position

Slice’s mission is to help independent pizzerias become more profitable by providing them with discounts, an integrated technology stack, marketing and advertising services, and a community of owners. The company is rapidly expanding its US-based Sales team, and Territory Managers are crucial to this mission. They build strong, long-term relationships with shop owners to drive profitability and growth. As a Territory Manager, you will be the face of Slice in your local area, responsible for acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners. Your goal is to help each shop maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership, which includes Slice Register (Point-of-Sale), online ordering, phone ordering, and discounted pizza boxes. You will need to tailor your approach to meet owners where they are, identify their needs, and introduce them to the right solutions. This is a full-cycle outside sales role requiring significant travel within your territory to meet with shop owners in person.

Requirements

  • Must be located within the Texas (Austin area) geographical area.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a vehicle.
  • Excitement for local travel.
  • Passion for pizza, entrepreneurs, and Slice.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new pizzerias in your assigned territory.
  • Expanding relationships with existing Slice partners.
  • Helping shop owners maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership.
  • Identifying shop owners' most pressing needs and introducing them to the right solutions.
  • Traveling around your territory to meet with shop owners in-person.
