About The Position
Trim-Tex, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of drywall solutions, is growing! We’ve built our reputation by focusing on quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships with our customers. We are looking for a customer-experience focused Territory Manager that will play a key role in building and expanding distributer and contractor business relationships within Southern Texas. Candidates must be currently located in this regional area. Relocations are not being considered.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and grow long-term customer relationships within a defined territory
- Experience developing new business while supporting and expanding existing accounts
- Experience using CRM systems to track opportunities, manage accounts, and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Extensive distributor sales experience is required.
- Candidates must be currently located in this regional area.
Nice To Haves
- Drywall industry and technical drywall solutions experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Delivering experiences that help internal and external customers exceed expectations.
- Analyzing trends, problem solve and provide viable solutions to external customers that resolve their needs and enable their business growth.
- Playing an instrumental part in developing and delivering on key opportunities for Trim-Tex revenue growth.
