Territory Manager - Raleigh–Cary, NC
About The Position
Nabi Health provides weight-inclusive nutrition care for people navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body distress. Its clinical model is supported by operational processes intended to provide seamless, reliable experiences for patients and providers. The Territory Manager expands access to care by growing Nabi’s referral network. This provider-facing, field-based role focuses on generating patient referrals through building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers. The manager visits practices in person to educate providers about Nabi’s services and support them through the referral process. The role is based in the Raleigh–Cary metro area of North Carolina, with a home base in the territory and regular in-person visits to healthcare practices.
Requirements
- Comfort operating independently in a field-based startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
- Relationship-driven approach to outreach and partnership development.
- Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through without heavy oversight.

- Demonstrated track record of converting clinical relationships into patient referrals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and developing long-term referral partnerships.
- Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain how Nabi supports patients.
- Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to generate a steady stream of patient referrals.
- Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations team members to support a smooth experience for providers and patients.
- Manage the territory from a home base, make regular in-person provider visits, attend local events, and represent Nabi in the field.
