About The Position

BusPas is transforming how transit agencies, city departments, and public safety organizations manage mobility, curb operations, passenger information, and transportation infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to drive business growth across the United States. This is a national sales role focused on developing new opportunities, building executive relationships, and helping agencies improve transportation operations, safety, accessibility, and customer experience through innovative technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Hunter mentality with a proven track record of creating opportunities and winning new business.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into government, transportation, public safety, mobility, infrastructure, smart city, or related markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with transit agencies, city DOTs, public works departments, law enforcement agencies, airports, and other public-sector organizations.
  • Build relationships with executive, operational, and technical decision-makers.
  • Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract award.
  • Conduct customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, and industry outreach activities.
  • Represent BusPas at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals, deployments, and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity within the company CRM.
