Shell Canada is seeking a Territory Manager (TM)—one of the most exciting and fulfilling roles within Shell Mobility. This frontline role places you at the center of the business, where your decisions and actions have a direct impact on performance and results. As a Territory Manager, you will be accountable for delivering sales, profitability, and operational targets across a large geographic territory, managing 30–40 dealer accounts throughout British Columbia. Success in this role is achieved through strong, hands‑on engagement with dealers and partners, combined with effective collaboration across cross‑functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Network, Road Transport, Trading, and Supply. We are looking for strong performers who are motivated to outpace the competition. Our team delivers fuel sales and profitability that directly support Mobility and Downstream in achieving best‑in‑class performance. You will join the Mobility’s Indirect team, a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented, and customer‑focused group recognized for strong results, accountability, and collaboration.
