WM, a Fortune 250 company, is the leading provider of comprehensive waste and environmental services in North America. This position supervises and retains profitable revenue by leading a team of salespeople, including outside sales representatives, territory managers, and account managers. The role is predominantly remote, based in the greater Vancouver, BC area or Vancouver Island, but requires periodic in-person meetings and customer site visits. The supervisor will establish clear operating rhythms, processes, and performance standards for a remotely distributed team, partner with Outside Sales Managers to drive revenue accountability, and lead the adoption and optimization of sales technology like Salesforce, Conquer, Ambition, and Microsoft Copilot. This role involves managing pipeline hygiene, funnel alignment, and forecast accuracy using CRM and performance data, identifying trends, and creating structured coaching opportunities to improve team effectiveness. A key aspect is maintaining an ongoing training, coaching, and development program focused on process execution and sales effectiveness, rather than proximity-based management. The supervisor will also lead change management initiatives, support programs to drive team performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience. Personnel management, including onboarding, coaching, skill development, and performance feedback, is also a core responsibility.
