About The Position

Pape’ Machinery is seeking a motivated salesperson to join their Agriculture & Turf Division as a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales. This role offers a lucrative sales career with unlimited earning potential, focusing on building strong relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders. The Territory Manager will deliver advanced large agricultural equipment solutions, helping customers maximize efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include developing new business, supporting existing clients, and representing Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in the territory. The role involves significant field travel, face-to-face customer meetings, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service. The Territory Manager will stay informed on market trends and customer needs to position Pape’ Machinery as a leading provider of large agricultural equipment solutions, driving growth and expanding market share. The company provides ongoing training and mentorship to support success.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred.
  • Financing background preferred.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.
