About The Position
LifeScan is a global leader in blood glucose monitoring and digital health technology. The Territory Manager will manage an established territory with an existing client base, visiting pharmacies, medical clinics, and diabetes education centers. The role involves promoting OneTouch® products, conducting follow-ups, taking orders, and delivering training sessions to healthcare professionals. Travel is approximately 20% of working time. The ideal candidate will reside on Montreal's North Shore.
Requirements
- Fully proficient in French (oral and written) and functional English (mandatory).
- Experience in sales and business development, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, or in a results-driven commercial environment.
- Comfortable delivering product presentations to small groups of professionals.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
- Salesforce proficiency is an asset.
Nice To Haves
- Background in health sciences, business administration or a sales-related field is considered an asset.
- Ideally, candidates will be based on Montreal's North Shore.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted territory business plan to drive sales within a loyal client base.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and conduct regular follow-ups, both in person and by phone.
- Process pharmacy orders, negotiate and develop lasting relationships with on-site teams.
- Deliver OneTouch® product training sessions in pharmacies and clinics.
- Manage territory budget.
- Coordinate promotional events.
- Ensure rigorous activity updates in Salesforce.
