About The Position

Pape’ Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a motivated salesperson to join their team as a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales. This role offers a lucrative sales career with unlimited earning potential. The Territory Manager will act as a trusted partner to growers, producers, and agri-business leaders, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions, and helping customers maximize efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include developing new business, supporting existing clients, and representing Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in the territory. The role involves daily travel in a company-provided sales vehicle to meet face-to-face with customers and working with internal teams to ensure seamless support. The Territory Manager will stay informed on market trends and customer needs to drive growth and expand market share, with the backing of industry-leading resources, ongoing training, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred.
  • Financing background preferred.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.
