About The Position

Pape’ Machinery is seeking a motivated salesperson to join their Agriculture & Turf Division as a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales in Jefferson, Wasco & Wheeler Counties. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, driven by results, and eager to make an impact in the agriculture industry by building long-lasting relationships with growers, producers, and agri-business leaders. The Territory Manager will be responsible for delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions, helping customers maximize efficiency and profitability, developing new business, supporting existing clients, and representing Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in their territory. The position involves daily travel in a company-provided sales vehicle to meet customers face-to-face, working with internal teams for seamless support, and staying informed on market trends to position Pape’ Machinery as a leading provider. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology preferred.
  • Financing background preferred.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
