About The Position

Pape’ Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a motivated salesperson to join their team as a Territory Manager for Large Agricultural Equipment Sales. This role offers a lucrative sales career with unlimited earning potential and success. The Territory Manager will act as a trusted partner to growers, producers, and agri-business leaders, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering advanced large agricultural equipment solutions, and helping customers maximize efficiency and profitability. The position involves developing new business, supporting existing clients, and representing Pape’ Machinery as a visible leader in the territory. Daily activities include spending time in the field, traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle, meeting face-to-face with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support from purchase to service. The role requires staying updated on market trends and customer needs to position Pape’ Machinery as the leading provider for large agricultural equipment solutions, driving growth and expanding market share. Pape' invests in employee growth through robust training programs, continuous support, and mentorship, providing the resources needed to thrive.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment, including precision ag technology
  • Financing background
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination
