About The Position

The Territory Manager Western Canada position is under RSSW, a company specializing in the import, sale, and distribution of steel and alloy wheels for passenger cars and light trucks. RSSW is a key player in the Canadian vehicle wheel industry with four distribution centers across the country and over 30 years of global sourcing expertise. This role involves developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying new markets and customers, representing the company to increase brand presence across Western Canada, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position requires analyzing sales performance, managing client accounts, and providing technical advice and support on RSSW Wheels products. Collaboration with internal teams is essential for effective client response.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales representation
  • Field sales experience
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain business relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and adjust business development strategies aligned with RSSW Wheels’ corporate objectives and expansion plans
  • Identify, target, and develop new markets and customer segments
  • Proactively represent the company to increase brand presence across Western Canada
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats
  • Maintain and strengthen strong, sustainable, and profitable relationships with existing clients
  • Develop new strategic partnerships to expand the distribution network
  • Ensure regular follow-up with key accounts to maximize their growth potential
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Use CRM tools and other internal systems to document activities and ensure effective pipeline management
  • Advise clients and prospects on RSSW Wheels products (technical specifications, compatibility, applications)
  • Provide technical support tailored to client needs to support decision-making
  • Train clients on products, new releases, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, logistics) to ensure a fast and effective response
