About The Position

Priority1 is seeking college graduates for business-to-business product/service sales in their Tulsa office. This is an outside sales position focused on new business acquisition within the freight shipping industry. The role offers the opportunity to develop superior selling skills, provide business solutions to small-to-mid size businesses, and grow into a Senior Territory Manager/Regional Sales Manager position. The company specializes in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services and is experiencing rapid growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED
  • 0-2 year’s sales experience preferred
  • Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
  • Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • A burning desire to be successful

Nice To Haves

  • Courses in business, marketing and/or communication preferred but any major will work as long as you have a passion for sales

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting New Business (B2B Door-to-Door Cold Calling)
  • Develop Lead Generation and Utilize CRM to Track Activity
  • Selling and Setting Up New Accounts
  • Managing Accounts You Sell
