About The Position

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing new business opportunities. They will be responsible for selling products within our Kidney Stone Management Portfolio, which includes Aptra devices, ureteral stents (Inlay optima), and laser generators, among others. The territory comprises NYC (all boroughs) and NJ, including Morristown, Newark, and Elizabeth.

Requirements

• Minimum BA/BS and three years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated customer service, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards.
• Ability to travel 50-60%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue to exceed priorities and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key accounts.
• Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue target plans.
• Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners as requested.
• Present sales modules, presentations/workshops, and overall sales training curriculum at new hire training classes and sales meetings as requested.
