This is accomplished by partnering with healthcare professionals, key clinics, and teaching hospitals to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and gather customer insights. The position requires operating in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment shaped by competitive activities, government legislation, clinical practices, and technological developments, while remaining consistent with Organon's Code of Conduct, Values, Standards, policies, procedures, industry standards, and all laws and regulations.
