Territory Aftermarket Manager
About The Position
21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full-time Territory Aftermarket Manager to join their passionate management team. This position will cover the Burlington CO, Cheyenne Wells CO, and Flagler CO locations. The role involves leading and managing Parts and Service Management teams, engaging in ag-tech early-recruitment, monitoring technician performance, optimizing CSR utilization, contributing to budget planning, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving consistent execution of parts and service processes. The leader's influence directly impacts productivity, customer experience, and long-term success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in John Deere Parts or Service Department operations
- Ability to manage and motivate both individuals and teams
- Strong knowledge of salary and commission-based compensation
- Basic understanding of financial principles related to Parts and Service operations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in harsh weather conditions (heat, cold, blizzards)
- Ability to climb ladders or crawl under equipment when needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Parts and Service Management teams
- Engage in ag-tech early-recruitment efforts and maintain strong relationships with regional schools
- Monitor technician performance and production to ensure alignment with company goals
- Optimize CSR utilization and contribute to annual budget planning
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and departmental profitability
- Drive consistent execution of parts and service processes across your territory
