This position will cover the Burlington CO, Cheyenne Wells CO, and Flagler CO locations. The role involves leading and managing Parts and Service Management teams, engaging in ag-tech early-recruitment, and maintaining strong relationships with regional schools. The manager will monitor technician performance, optimize CSR utilization, contribute to budget planning, ensure high customer satisfaction, and drive consistent execution of parts and service processes across the territory. Requirements

3+ years of experience in John Deere Parts or Service Department operations
Ability to manage and motivate both individuals and teams
Strong knowledge of salary and commission-based compensation
Basic understanding of financial principles related to Parts and Service operations
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Strong computer skills
Ability to work in harsh weather conditions (heat, cold, blizzards)
Ability to climb ladders or crawl under equipment when needed
