The Aftermarket Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining ZF, formerly WABCO and TRW, as a preferred and reliable partner by managing all dimensions for assigned Aftermarket region/accounts. The focus is on continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship through translation of the voice of the customer into the right customer strategy and serving as the central conduit for all customer related activities. This is a remote position that will oversee territory in Canada and the ideal candidate would sit in Toronto.
