About The Position

Heartflow is a medical technology company developing AI-driven, non-invasive solutions for diagnosing and managing coronary artery disease. Its products support the coronary CT angiography pathway by helping clinicians identify coronary stenoses, assess coronary blood flow, and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) represents Heartflow within a designated geographic region and works with customers to support successful use of Heartflow’s cardiovascular diagnostic technology. The role is responsible for driving adoption through referring physician networks, educating and supporting customers, and developing solutions that build customer satisfaction. The position is customer-facing, with regular engagement with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other stakeholders. It is remote from a home office and requires approximately 20–25% travel. The TAM develops and executes business development plans with strategic accounts, coordinates cross-functional resources, and supports clinical program development. Performance is assessed through strategic account quota attainment, growth in cCTA pathway adoption, and FFRct penetration and case growth.
