Purpose: To ensure all guests are greeted and seated in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards. This person is the first point of contact, managing the guests experience from arrival to departure. Greeting guests, managing reservations, managing seating flow, quoting wait times and controlling the pace of the dining room.

- Must Provide ServSafe and RAMP certifications upon hire
Responsibilities
- Assist managers in opening and closing.
- Answering phone calls per SOP & LSOP.
- Seating guests.
- Control heavy volume at Restaurant entrance.
- Knowledge of hotel property.
- Attend to and anticipate guests needs.
- Familiarization with menus
- Introduce server to guest.
- Greeting guests.
- Knowledge of daily specials.
- Assign tables and stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Perform all duties in accordance with MOS
- Knowledge of hotel property and downtown area
- Familiarity with all food and beverage promotions
