NorQuest College is seeking a term instructor (Cover Off) for their Health Administration and Technology team at the downtown campus to teach in the Dental Office Assistant (DOA) program. This program focuses on teaching skills in dental office administration. As an instructor, you will facilitate learning in various modalities, utilizing technology to deliver engaging learner experiences. The role involves helping learners acquire the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary for success in their chosen careers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for instruction and feedback, and the ability to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. The college aims to support students in achieving their goals of improving their lives and the lives of those around them. This is a full-time, term position covering from August 2026 until January 2027, with a possibility of extension. Instructors will teach courses in the Dental Office Assistant program and potentially other programs, with availability required Monday to Friday, during the day, both on campus and online. Applicants should have a strong background in dental administration, experience working with groups, classroom management, and creating engaging lessons using diverse teaching methods.
