NorQuest College is seeking a Term Instructor for their Health Administration and Technology team at the downtown campus. This role involves curriculum development and teaching, focusing on health information management. The instructor will develop and enhance courses reflecting current industry practices and accreditation requirements, creating engaging, learner-centered educational experiences. The position also includes teaching in the Medical Office Assistant (MOA) and Hospital Unit Clerk (HUC) programs, preparing learners with essential administrative, communication, digital health, and health information management skills for various healthcare settings. The instructor will facilitate learning using innovative teaching strategies and technology in diverse delivery formats, inspiring learners to succeed in the evolving healthcare environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, collaboration, and a commitment to learner success are essential, along with providing meaningful feedback in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. This is a full-time, term position from August 2026 to April 2027, with a possibility of extension. Instructors must be available to teach Monday to Friday, during the day, on campus and online.
