Concordia University, St. Paul’s College of Education is seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking educational leader to join our graduate faculty as a full-time faculty member within the Doctoral Education (Ed.D.) and Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) programs. This role is designed for an individual who is passionate about teaching, research/scholarship, and mentoring doctoral students, and who also possesses the long-term vision and drive to potentially advance into broader academic leadership. The initial and primary focus of this position will be on high-quality teaching, dissertation mentoring, and program collaboration within the Ed.D. Educational Leadership program. As part of our long-term vision for program growth and sustainability, this role may provide a pathway to future leadership within the Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) program. We seek a candidate who is committed to academic excellence, collaborative leadership, and the advancement of innovative doctoral educational programming. As a faith-based institution, we require the successful candidate to be an active member of a Christian church.
