About The Position

Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the tennis courts and distributing lockers to guests as requested. This role involves greeting guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the tennis area, promoting merchandise, managing court reservations, assisting with player matching, processing billing, and promoting events. Encouraging guest feedback is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Ability to process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide prompt assistance, being attentive to their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
• Regularly inspect the tennis area (courts, surrounding grounds, restrooms) to ensure it is clean and well-maintained, addressing issues promptly and reporting maintenance requirements.
• Provide information about merchandise available for sale, such as tennis equipment, apparel, and accessories.
• Manage court reservations efficiently, ensuring alignment with the schedule and guest preferences for time slots.
• Assist guests in finding suitable player matches based on skill level and availability.
• Accurately process transactions for tennis-related services and merchandise, and assist with billing inquiries.
• Promote tennis-related events, tournaments, and social gatherings.
• Encourage guests to provide feedback to improve service quality.
