About The Position

As a Tennis Court Maintenance staff member, you will clean and maintain 16 Har-Tru tennis courts and 15 pickleball courts. You will be responsible for assisting with croquet set up and special events set up that occur at our 15,000-square-foot Sports Center. You will have custodial duties in all areas of the sports center property. You will enjoy working with a variety of people in a festive and fast-paced environment and be proud of the part you play in making sure everyone has a great experience!

Requirements

• Must be available to work daytime shifts.
• Must be available for afternoon and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to drive a maintenance cart, operate light maintenance machinery, and hand tools.
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Be able to spend long hours on feet in a variety of environments and in humid temperatures.
• Display a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Be organized and accurate.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to team lift up to 80 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Clay court experience is preferred.
• Sub-irrigation court knowledge is preferred.
