About The Position
The Country Club at Wakefield Plantation is seeking a hands-on, member-facing Tennis and Pickleball Professional. The role assists the Director of Tennis and Pickleball with program offerings, activities, events, lessons, and clinics. It includes dedicated shop hours and responsibilities supporting court bookings and member communications. The position is full-time and offers a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year. The club is a McConnell Golf property.
Requirements
- Minimum 4.5 playing background in both tennis and pickleball.
- Must have attained or be working toward professional tennis and pickleball certifications.
- Top-level customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with lessons, clinics, and camp offerings.
- Assist with socials, events, and tournaments.
- Assist with daily court maintenance as needed.
- Work dedicated shop hours, book courts, reply to emails, and answer calls.
- String racquets.
- Promote the program.
- Provide quality service to all members and guests.
- Attend staff meetings as appropriate.
- Attend company training and seminar events as appropriate.
- Perform other tasks as appropriate.
