About The Position

We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting Support Specialist to assist with a high-impact project focused on candidate sourcing and screening. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting environments and thrives on identifying and engaging top talent. This temporary position will support the recruiting team by building candidate pipelines, conducting initial outreach, and helping move candidates efficiently through the early stages of the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR support preferred
  • Strong ability to screen candidates and assess qualifications
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or other sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (ADP or similar preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for open roles
  • Conduct initial phone/Teams screenings to assess qualifications and fit
  • Review resumes and applications to determine alignment with job requirements
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS
  • Partner with recruiters to prioritize roles and ensure pipeline movement
  • Coordinate candidate communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Support high-volume recruiting needs tied to a specific project
  • Participate in and support high-volume, fast-paced virtual job fairs to engage and screen candidates efficiently
