Enjoy competitive benefits, a supportive work environment, and every other Friday off to recharge. We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for a 6-month assignment. This role will partner closely with HR and hiring leaders to help source, screen, and move candidates through the hiring process efficiently. The Temp Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting activities, help build candidate pipelines, and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly step in, understand business needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and help move efficiently through the recruiting process. This person should be hands-on, proactive, organized, and comfortable supporting both high-volume and specialized recruiting needs. This is a temporary, full-time recruiting assignment employed through company payroll. The assignment is expected to last approximately six months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prior recruiting experience required, preferably in a corporate, manufacturing, aerospace, technical, or skilled labor environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for a variety of roles, including technical, operations, engineering, production, or professional positions.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering closely with HR and business leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using an applicant tracking systems or HRIS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand open roles, staffing needs, timelines, and candidate requirements.
  • Screen applicants and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support offer process coordination, including offer approvals, candidate follow-up and post hiring activities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, candidate pipelines, challenges, and hiring activity.
  • Partner with temporary staffing agencies, as needed, to support recruiting strategy, strengthen candidate pipelines, and meet short- and long-term workforce needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
