About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Recruiter to join our team and provide essential support following recent internal staffing changes. This role will focus on managing recruiting volume and ensuring efficient hiring processes. The assignment is initially expected to last three months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.

Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Ability to manage a high-volume recruitment process from intake through the offer stage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly review resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain hiring momentum.
Experience working independently and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and extensive use of LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates using various sourcing tools and platforms.
Screen applicants and guide them through the interview process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure requisitions move forward efficiently.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build and maintain talent pipelines.
Manage recruiting projects while prioritizing competing demands.
Maintain a professional, consultative approach while supporting hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
