About The Position

Gravie is seeking multiple Temporary ICHRA Implementation Managers to lead the onboarding of new employers, ensuring they are prepared for open enrollment and ongoing administration. These managers will keep projects on track and involve experts as needed to facilitate smooth transitions from sales to account management. This temporary role runs from September 21, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with a pay rate of $28/hour.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of project management or equivalent experience.
  • A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask numerous different projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-departmental problem solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with a start-up or high growth organization.
  • Previous experience with an ICHRA TPA or ICHRA product.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Gravie's new employers and/or brokers during the onboarding process.
  • Assess the needs of new Gravie employers by consulting with the Gravie Sales Representative, employer, and/or broker to gather details for a successful onboarding and open enrollment experience.
  • Customize project plans tailored to the specific tasks required for each new employer.
  • Coordinate with internal Gravie teams to ensure they are prepared for new employers and their members.
  • Educate employers and/or brokers on Gravie's processes and procedures related to Gravie's ICHRA product.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Gravie Care (Member Service Team), Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Sales, and Account Management teams to provide strong support to employers.
  • Act as project manager for interdepartmental initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives.
  • Demonstrate commitment to core competencies: being authentic, empathetic, curious, creative, and outcome-oriented.
